The 60-Night Quiet Guarantee

We have a 60-night guarantee, which means you have 60 nights after receiving your Moonwell Align pillow to try it and decide if it's earned its place in your bedroom.

Unlike most return policies, we don't ask that your item be unused or in its original packaging — the opposite, in fact. The guarantee only works if you actually sleep on it. Because contour pillows have a short adjustment period (most sleepers settle in within 3–5 nights), we ask that you give it at least 14 nights before requesting a refund.

If after that your bedroom isn't quieter, you're covered. You are the judge — no decibel readings, no sleep logs, no proof required.

To request a refund under the guarantee, contact us at support@moonwellsleep.com with your order number. You do not need to send the pillow back. Keep it, donate it, or pass it along — there's no return label, no restocking fee, and nothing to package up.

Buy One Get One orders

The guarantee covers your full order total. If your BOGO order doesn't deliver a quieter bedroom, we'll refund the entire order — and you keep both pillows.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us a photo at support@moonwellsleep.com and we'll ship a replacement free of charge — no need to return the original.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because pillows are personal care items, we do not accept physical returns for resale under any circumstances — which is exactly why our guarantee is a refund-and-keep-it policy rather than a send-it-back policy. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Sale and promotional pricing does not affect your guarantee: discounted orders are covered on the same terms as full-price orders.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item (for example, an additional pillowcase set), the fastest way is to place a separate purchase. If your pillow has a defect, see Damages and issues above — we'll replace it directly.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in addition to (not instead of) the 60-Night Quiet Guarantee. For an unopened item, contact us and we'll arrange the cancellation and refund. Once the pillow has been opened and slept on, your order is covered by the guarantee terms above, which are more generous.

Refunds

Once we receive your refund request under the guarantee, we'll confirm and process it within 2 business days. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A note on what this pillow is for

Moonwell Align is designed for positional, habitual snoring. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure sleep apnea or any medical condition. If your partner gasps, chokes, or stops breathing during sleep, please speak with a doctor.
